As mentioned in a previous thread, I've taught yoga classes at psy-trance festivals. I will be teaching 3-4 classes at this year's Gaian Mind Summer Festival. It will be my third year teaching at that festival
What do you look for in a yoga class at a trance festival?? Do you have any particular needs or expectations?? Does anyone have experiences they would like to share??

i'm very into kundalini yoga, and i've been doing it (on my own) at parties ever since i started learning it. it's the perfect "party yoga" because it energizes very quickly, and since it incorporates lots of rythmic movement and mantras, it goes well with trance music (in the distance).
i'm not certified to teach or anything, but i'd be happy to show others what i know. i'd be even happier to learn more if anyone else has something to share! -
